Part 2.......

We had a wonderful week in MT. It was so nice to see family and get to hang out there, amongst shopping (by Amanda) and Working (by Doug)
Addy does really good at my Mom and Dad's house, she just loves it there.

Here she is helping Daddy work, while Mommy was at an appointment...

As I mentioned before I didn't get many pictures, for how busy we were, and this one I know Doug has a better rendition of somewhere, but this is what I have so, this is the house he designed that was in the Parade of Homes this Fall in Billings! We got to catch the parade which was really nice, it is always fun for me to see Doug's work in paper form and then completed. The builders did a Great job with this home, and so did Doug if I do say so myself.

It wasn't all work and no play though, Addy and I got our play time in, Here is the pumpkin she picked out of Grandma and Grandpa H's garden, just here size!  We also got zucchini and had corn and tomatoes, YUM! Grandma and Grandpa's garden was good fun to go picking in!  Doug and I also had a chance to go to the temple a couple of times which was really nice, particularly since we were able to finish up some work on My Mom's side that has been in the waiting far too long, we were trying to do it when the whole family could be there, but it just wasn't working, we have waited years, but this last week Mom, Doug and I were able to finish it up, what an amazing feeling that is, it really brings me so much peace and happiness to do work for my loved ones that have gone.

I'm not sure if Grandpa slips Addy treats when we aren't watching or if it is just his heart and way, but our little Addy just ADORES him. They even got to hang out just the two of them for awhile. She loves to follow him around and talk/babble to him. It is just so cute. She loves grandma to, but there is something special about that Grandpa. (I am guessing she sees what the rest of us do, she just has a more pure way of showing her love) At any rate Mom and Dad thank you so much for having us for so long and for such great accommodations, Doug loves the office you set up for him, and the downstairs looks wonderful! We all love you both very much!

After all our fun, date nights, treats, good cookin, seeing friends and family, shopping, appointments and what not we finally made it home, and well we are all unpacked, our fall decor is up and we are ready to attack this week with a clean house, Just the laundry is still in the works, but this week isn't going to slow us down, maybe next week we will take a break? Hard to say though. I seriously feel like we just have been on the go, trying to get as much into a day as possible, sometimes getting there, sometimes falling a little short, but running all the same.

Last but not least, here is Addy heading out the door for Daddy Daughter date night to Gymnastics class. I signed Doug and Addy up for a gym class (with Doug's permission) I think she will love it and the instructor assured me (so I could assure Doug) that there were a number of other dad's in the class, not just mom's.  I may be more excited then either of them, but keep your fingers crossed it goes well!
