Happy Helpers

It cracked me up so I thought I would share.... We have been crazy busy in our neck of the woods, lots going on, so today the kids and I took a break from the norm, and did some much needed cleaning, singing and dancing, which of course all goes together very nicely...  We were downstairs (which is where we all sleep) Really our bedrooms and bathroom is all there is to the basement, the kids had been helping me clean so they both had their brooms (even though there is not much sweeping down there), it came time to vacuum and the kids ran into Addy's room, with their brooms in hand, Addy's mattress is on the floor, it is a twin one, I was not at all worried about them in the room with the brooms, but was keeping an ear open just in case, as I am vacuuming along, minding my own business I can hear what sounds like a yelling match, I listened a little closer (yes the vacuum was going but I have REALLY good hearing) to see if I needed to stop what I was doing and intervene and to my delight, I was in fact hearing, Step in time (addy screams) tepentm (Jimmy echo's)  then Addy again Step in time! I walked in the room to two chimney sweeps dancing and singing their songs while jumping on a bed with brooms, yes indeed they are happy helpers, that LOVE Mary Poppins. The things they come up with they are so funny....
